How to Submit a Support Request

If you are experiencing an issue and need assistance from our support team, you can submit a support request through our Help Center.
This guide explains exactly where to find the Submit a request button and how to complete the form properly.
Step 1 – Open the Help Center
Go to our Support Center using your browser.
We recommend logging in before submitting a request to help us identify your account faster.
Step 2 – Find the “Submit a request” Button
On Desktop
The Submit a request button is located in the top-right corner of the Help Center.
On Mobile
Tap the menu icon (☰) and select Submit a request.

If You Don’t See the Button
- Make sure you are logged in
- Refresh the page
- Disable browser extensions (ad blockers, script blockers)
- Try a different browser
- Use a private/incognito window
Step 3 – Fill Out the Request Form
Please include:
- A clear subject
- A detailed description of the issue
- The exact error message (if available)
- Screenshots or screen recordings
- The time the issue occurred
The more details you provide, the faster we can help.
Step 4 – Submit the Request
After clicking Submit, you will receive a confirmation email.
